Why is the content no longer free like it used to be?
This membership fee allows us to continue to produce high-value content at the level and volume that we do and ensure our creators are paid for their work. We don’t have ads or sponsorship on this website and rely on our membership and community to support the creators, writers, and recipe development that goes on every day, behind the scenes for The Food Medic.
Who is the training programme for?
This programme is designed for those who are new to strength training and have no idea where to start, or those with an intermediate or high level of experience, who are looking for more structure to their training. To make the most of this programme (and reap the biggest strength and fitness gains), we ask that you commit to the 3 programmed sessions per week. The focus of this programme is to get stronger, and fitter and increase lean muscle mass.
How is the membership content different from your social media content?
Social media is a great way to share top-line ideas and information but we are limited by algorithms, character limits and forever-evolving trends. The Food Medic hub allows us to take a deep dive into topics on nutrition and other aspects of health, with our webinars and articles, give a home for our recipes in one easy-to-find library, and offer safe and effective training programmes that you can take with you to the gym and progress through in your own time. Instagram may be our highlight reel but The Food Medic Hub will be your one-stop-shop for nutrition, health education, and fitness. The content created for The Food Medic Hub will be exclusive to this community only (and of course - you CAN sit with us).
