The truth is, healthy skin is determined by several things including our genetics and environment but our lifestyle – that includes sleep, diet, exercise, stress, alcohol consumption and smoking.
In this webinar we will focus on key nutrients for skin health, the role nutrition plays in skin conditions such as acne and psoriasis, and skincare 101 for common skin conditions.

Dr Hazel Wallace
Dr Hazel Wallace, founder of The Food Medic, is an NHS medical doctor, registered nutritionist (ANutR), and best-selling author. She also hosts the podcast The Food Medic where she speaks to experts and thought leaders on topics of nutrition, health, and mindset.

Dr Thivi Maruthappu
Dr Thivi is an experienced Consultant Dermatologist in London, she has pioneered the field of Nutritional Dermatology and is passionate about evidence-based nutrition. Her research is based at King’s College, London where she works closely with Nutritionists and Dietitians to understand the relationship between nutrition and the skin

Dr Cristina Psomadakis
Dr Cristina Psomadakis is a dermatologist working in London. Known as Dr Soma on social media, she has a passion about sharing evidence-based information on skincare online.
