I am incredibly excited to announce that I am back working with PAUL again this year to launch a brand new summer salad collection.
So what can you expect from this year’s menu?
As before, taste, quality and of course, nutrition, were front of mind when creating this menu. We wanted to create the perfect range for summer picnics, weekend lunches, at the office or working from home, that make you feel good – without compromising on flavour. Working with PAUL on this second collection has been an exciting journey and I am grateful to them for allowing me to explore new flavours and ingredients that have never before been seen at PAUL.
The menu is launching in stores, through Deliveroo, and Uber Eats from Tuesday 22nd June – we can’t wait to hear what you think!
