EDINBURGH WELLBEING FESTIVAL | Jan. 27th & 28th
Edinburgh’s only festival dedicated to health, fitness, and wellbeing. Over the weekend, there’ll be talks and workshops on everything from healthy eating to emotional wellbeing, plus fitness classes!
I’ll be there on Saturday January 27th at 2pm with Rhiannon Lambert to bust some myths when it comes to healthy eating. I’ll also be sticking around after the talk to to do some book signings, so if you’ve got a copy bring it along! If you haven’t got your hands on my book yet, Waterstones will also be there so you can pick up a copy and/or preorder my second book.

BARRE & BUSINESS with COSMOPOLITAN | Jan. 29th
Join myself, Cosmopolitan, Rhian Stephenson (Psycle London CEO), and Lily Simpson (The Detox Kitchen founder) for an evening of business tips, branding advice and everything you need to know about using social media to gain not just followers, but a following in the wellness industry.
As well as getting a packed goody bag and some business takeaways, you’ll also get to sample a new 55-minute-long Psycle Barre class. A twist on the traditional barre method, it’s all about moving to the beat, using weighted balls and bands to strengthen, lengthen and tone.
A chance to boost your finances and fitness? Sounds like two resolutions ticked off in one! The event will take place on the evening of January 29th at Soho House on Broadwick Street, London.
THE ESCAPE | Weekend retreats
I’m inviting you to come and escape with me for a unique, exclusive experience to disconnect from technology, social media, and the stresses of daily life, to reconnect with nature and yourself. This retreat is like no other and we will be asking you to hand in your phone for 24 hours to fully emerge and engage with yourself. It’s scary right? It’s even scarier how dependent we’ve become of them. Time create our own fun in the real world.
On your escape you will be spending quality time with me, working out and cooking, hiking and exploring the outdoors, and unwinding through yoga, mobility and stretching, and meditation with the wonderful Richie Norton.
