‘Tis the season for iced drinks and refreshing smoothies. The combination of tropical mango and banana just screams summer – just top with more seasonal fruit and something crunchy and enjoy as a delicious breakfast or snack!
Mango Smoothie BowlPrint This
- 120g frozen mango
- 1 medium banana, frozen*
- 150ml milk [dairy or dairy-free]
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Chopped fruit, to serve
- Granola, to serve
- Coconut flakes, to serve
Instructions In a blender add the mango, banana, milk, and protein powder. Blend until smooth and thick. If it’s too thick add a little more milk, if it’s too thin you can add some ice [see note below].
 Empty into a bowl and top with the chopped fruit, granola, and coconut flakes.
*using frozen banana will help to make the smoothie thick but if you don't have any you can use a fresh banana and add a handful of ice to help thicken it
