- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 275g oats
- 75g oat flour [blend oats in blender]
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 60g smooth peanut butter
- 70g dark chocolate chips
Instructions
[1] Begin by preheating the oven to 180ºc and line a baking tray with parchment.[2] In a bowl combine the mashed bananas with oat flour, oats, baking powder, salt, nut butter and 50g of the dark chocolate chips.
[3] Empty the mixture into the lined baking tray and flatten into the corners. Top with the remaining chocolate chips, pushing them gently into the mixture.
[4] Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the baking tray and slicing into squares. Enjoy!
