Long time followers will remember the OG 12 days of Fitmas workouts that we used to share on instagram and YouTube, well this year we thought we would bring it back.
It might seem like we are a little late to the party but actually the official 12 days of Christmas falls from the 25th December through to January 6th – but really, we want you to make the most of this FREE workout guide anytime of the year. It’s our gift to you, this holiday season.
Before we get into the details please note that we are not implying you MUST or NEED to workout over the Christmas break, nor should this be used as compensation or punishment for having a relaxing time. This 12 day workout guide is purely to give you the option to move your body for a short period of time each day across silly season. Not all days are structured workouts and some days we encourage you to simply get outside!
