…with a crumble filling
Crumble’s always remind us of autumn and in winter weekends and although it’s August at the time of writing this, it’s feeling pretty autumnal here in the UK at the moment. So, instead of wishing for warm sunshine we’re embracing the wind and the rain and tucking into these individual roasted pears flavoured with cinnamon, topped with a tasty crumble, and served with a dollop of creamy yoghurt or ice cream. SO good!
