Creating these downloadable pdf.s came off the back of something I’ve been doing most months for a good while now. I received so many questions on Instagram about how people can do it themselves, how they can get started that I thought it would be a lovely project to do collectively.
You’ll find the link to download yours below and, as before, you can choose to edit it on your laptop/computer or print it out and stick it to your fridge, above your desk etc. Whatever works for you!
