For Alcohol Awareness Week, we’ve teamed up with the wonderful Camille, founder of La Maison Wellness – the multi-media platform dedicated to expanding the conversation around mindful drinking and conscious consumption. Their purpose is to inspire people to drink well and live like a healthy hedonist and they’ve created some incredibly delicious recipes to make it that little bit easier to do so!
This is The Practice. Made in collaboration between La Maison Wellness and yoga teacher, Annie Clarke. It’s completely alcohol free and a combo of ginger, elderflower, and lime – so refreshing!
The PracticePrint This
- 50ml Lyre's non-alcoholic White Cane Spirit
- 20ml GIMBER Ginger (or fresh ginger juice)
- 20ml Fresh Lime
- Belvoir Elderflower Pressé Light
Put all of the ingredients into a highball over crushed ice except the Belvoir Elderflower Pressé Light.
Muddle the mint with a bar spoon and top up with the pressé.
Add more crushed ice. Garnish with a generous amount of fresh mint and enjoy!
