A smoothie a day keeps the heatwave at bay…?
Ok, so neither of those are true but a smoothie is a pretty delicious thing to get in some of your fruits and/or veggies and keep you cool during a heatwave.
And so we’re sharing the smoothies series. 4 smoothies. 4 different moods. 4 different colours. 1 goal – to taste delicious.
Up this week – the PB (peanut butter) cup protein shake!

The PB cup protein shakePrint This
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 200ml of (any) milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Handful of ice cubes
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
Add ice to the smoothie will make it thicker so if you prefer it thinner be sure to check the consistency and add a little more liquid to suit your preference!
