A smoothie a day keeps the heatwave at bay…?
Ok, so neither of those are true but a smoothie is a pretty delicious thing to get in some of your fruits and/or veggies and keep you cool during a heatwave.
And so we’re sharing the smoothies series. 4 smoothies. 4 different moods. 4 different colours. 1 goal – to taste delicious.
Up this week – the blueberry muffin shake!

The blueberry muffin shakePrint This
- 80g frozen blueberries
- 20g porridge oats
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 200ml of (any) milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- A handful of ice cubes
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
Adding ice can make the smoothie thicker so just add a little more liquid to suit your preference.
