So, Say goodbye to cold toast on the train or shovelling cereal into your mouth while running out the door with these quick, DELICIOUS, and nutritious breakfasts to set you up nicely for the day. You can double or even triple up on batches to make a few ahead of time.
Overnight oats: 3 ways

- CARROT CAKE
- 1/2 carrot, grated
- 40g oats
- 120ml milk
- 100g yogurt
- 4-5 walnuts chopped
- 1 TBSP raisins
- 1 TBSP desiccated coconut
- 1 TBSP maple or honey
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
- APPLE + BLUEBERRY
- 1/2 apple, grated
- 40g oats
- 100g yogurt
- 60ml milk
- 1 TBSP maple or honey
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
- Handful of blueberries
- CHOCOLATE + RASPBERRY
- 1 TBSP cocoa powder
- 40g oats
- 100g yogurt
- 80-90ml milk
- 1 TBSP maple or honey
- Handful of raspberries
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a jar or tupperware.
Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.

Notes
Feel free to increase the amount of oats in each portion if required. Just adjust the milk accordingly until you achieve the desired consistency, and remember the oats will thicken overnight!
