- 1 medium banana, frozen*
- Handful of frozen mango (can use fresh)
- Handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp of Bioglan super greens powder
- 250ml of oat/coconut/almond milk
- Ice (to serve)
- Combine all the ingredients together in a blender.
- Pour into your favourite cup and serve with ice.
*to freeze the banana, peel first and chop into pieces.
