At the start of a new week, if you’re anything like me, you need of a good breakfast (and large coffee) to kick you back into action after a lazy weekend. This recipe is IDEAL for busy mornings and early commutes. Simply combine all of the ingredients together and spoon into a jar. Seal and leave to soak overnight. Apple + Blueberry BircherPrint This
- 50g porridge oats
- 50ml milk (or plant-based alternative)
- 100g yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
- 1 apple, grated
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp flaked almonds
- A handful of blueberries
Mix ingredients together and pour into a jar.
Leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
