Chocolate Chip HummusPrint This
- 1 tin of chickpeas, drained
- 60g of tahini or peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1-2 tbsp water
- Pinch of sea salt
- 60g of dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Whizz all ingredients except, the chocolate chips and water, in a blender for approx 3-4 minutes until smooth. Add a tablespoon or two of water at a time to create a creamier consistency.
Fold in chocolate chips and serve.
Serve with apple slices or oat cakes or whatever you fancy!
