Hi guys, today I want to share a fun workout with you to help you reset your fitness routine for those times you hit a plateau. Making #OneReset to your workout can have a big impact on you and your training. I’m working with Cyber Aware (Ad) to highlight how one small reset can make a big difference. Have a go at resetting your workout, and resetting your email password to something strong and separate – a gentle reminder to keep your online and offline health in good condition.
So I have a bit of a different workout for you to help get you out of your plateau and feel motivated to train again; I present to you the 300 rep reset! 3 exercises – push ups, squats, and sit ups – and 100 reps of each. You can break up the workout into 10 rounds of 10 reps of each exercise, OR for a more challenging option you can do all 100 reps back to back. Time yourself to see how quickly you can complete the reset and maybe check each month to see if you can beat your previous score!
