Cinnamon roll ANYTHING has me sold. If you’ve been to New York, you will know about the cinnamon rolls you can get there. They are massive and smothered in sweet white frosting. So delicious, but super sweet so it’s not something you can really enjoy that often. This smoothie tastes just like a cinnamon roll but it’s a little less sweet and super silky from the smooth Alpro Oat drink and frozen bananas. It’s the perfect light breakfast when you’re in a hurry, or a snack to have in between meals if you’re feeling peckish. To boost the protein content you can also add a scoop of protein powder!
Cinnamon Roll SmoothiePrint This
- 250ml Alpro oat drink
- 4 TBSP of Alpro simply plain
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 frozen banana*
- 2 TBSP oats
- Squeeze Maple syrup
- Handful of Ice
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
*to freeze the banana simply peel, slice into chunks, place in a Tupperware box and freeze. Take out chunks as required - it makes any smoothie super thick and creamy. (This recipe was sponsored by ALPRO. All opinions are my own)
