Why superhero? Because it’s brilliantly green and packed full of nutrients. This breakfast will make you feel unstoppable and keep you buzzing until lunchtime. For an extra protein punch, add a tablespoon of protein powder to the mix.
Superhero Bircher Muesli

- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
- 100ml coconut milk or almond milk
- 120g natural yogurt (or soya yogurt)
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1–2 tbsp Stevia, honey or agave nectar
- 50g porridge oats
- Handful of raisins
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
Instructions
Blend 1 of the kiwis, the coconut or almond milk, yogurt, matcha powder and sweetener in a blender. In a separate bowl, mix the oats, raisins and coconut. Stir the kiwi and yogurt mixture into the muesli, add the second kiwi, and pour into a bowl or mason jar.
Allow to set in the fridge overnight or for at least 1–2 hours.
