Sticky turmeric roasted butternut squashPrint This
- 1 whole butternut squash, seeded and cut into cubes.
- 2 tablespoon of coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ Tablespoon curry powder, optional
Preheat the oven to 200c degrees. Toss the butternut squash cubes in the oil and seasoning until well coated.
Place the butternut squash onto a lined baking tray and roast for 45-50minutes, stopping half way to turn.
