Green Goodness Smoothie bowlPrint This
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- Handful of spinach
- Half an avocado
- 1 kiwi
- Half a mango
- 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
- 200ml Coconut Milk*
- Top with:
- 1 tablespoon of Linwoods Milled Chia Seed
- Fresh kiwi and strawberries
Add the spirulina, spinach, avocado, kiwi, mango, yoghurt and coconut milk to a blender and blast until smooth.
Pour from the blender into a bowl.
Top with the Linwoods Milled Chia Seed, kiwi and strawberries.
*Any milk or water may be used may be substituted if allergic or vegan.
