- 50g Oats
- 1/2 courgette, grated
- 175-200ml almond milk (to be swapped with dairy milk or other non-dairy according to needs and intolerances)
- 1 scoop of whey protein
Place the oats, grated courgette and water/milk in a bowl. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, or until the porridge is cooked. Stir in the scoop of protein. Mix well, adding more liquid if required. Microwave for another 30seconds to a minute.
Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
Topping suggestions: Fresh or dry fruit, cinnamon, bee pollen, dark chocolate, nut butter. In this example I've topped mine with strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, grated chocolate and bee pollen.
