Chocolate peanut butter ballsPrint This
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup organic honey (agave nectar or maple syrup if vegan)
- 2 TBSP of dark chocolate, chopped
Place the oats, cocoa and dark chocolate in a large mixing bowl and mix together.
Stir in the honey, mix well, and then add in the peanut butter. Separate the mixture into approximately 12-14 tablespoon sized balls.
Place in the fridge to firm up for 30 minutes before serving.
The mixture should form a sticky dough which comes away from the sides of the the bowl. If it is too try add a little more honey, alternatively if it is too sticky add a little more oats.
