Spiced apple and chia overnight oatsPrint This
- 50g oats
- 1 apple, grated
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 TBSP of protein powder
- 150-175ml of almond milk (to be swapped with dairy milk or other non-dairy according to needs and intolerances)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup of Fresh or Dried fruit, chopped
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, adding the milk last to achieve the desired consistency.
Transfer to a jar or airtight container and place in the fridge overnight.
Grab and go in the morning!
Tastes great cold, or microwaved for 60-90 seconds.
