- x 2 Warburtons Mini Wholegrain Wraps
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 TBSP of greek yogurt
- optionals: agave nectar, nut butter, fruit
Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and prepare it with a tablespoon of coconut oil
Whisk eggs, cinnamon and vanilla together in a bowl and pour onto a plate. Dip each wrap into the mixture, turning it gently to completely cover both sides.
Place the wrap flat on the pan and cook for about 2 or 3 minutes each side.
Sprinkle with some extra cinnamon on the cooked wrap and spread the greek yogurt on top.
Roll up the wrap and cut into bite size pieces, or eat it as it is!
Serve with all your favourites - agave nectar and blueberries is amazing with this!
