Cookie Crumble Protein Mug CakePrint This
- 2 TBSP Cookies n' Cream or Vanilla Whey protein
- 3 TBSP Almond Milk (dairy milk or other non-dairy according to needs and intolerances)
- 1 TBSP coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- one egg white
- one Chocolate Brownie Quest bar
Combine all of the ingredients, except the questbar, in a mug or small bowl.
Chop up the questbar and add 1/2 to the mixture Microwave the mixture in the mug for 1-2 mins*
Turn upside down, top with vanilla yoghurt and the rest of the questbar.
* watch carefully so that it doesn’t spill over the sides
